Clean Kanpur Campaign 2025
Program Details
To contribute towards making Kanpur a cleaner and greener city, our organization collected around 20,000 idols from various locations after the festive season. These idols were respectfully worshipped and then immersed at Atal Ghat, following eco-friendly practices to ensure proper disposal and prevent pollution of local water bodies.
Impact & Achievements
- Collected and managed 20,000+ idols, preventing them from polluting rivers and public spaces.
- Promoted eco-friendly idol immersion practices at Atal Ghat.
- Contributed significantly to the “Swachh Kanpur” initiative by keeping the city clean post-festivals.
- Encouraged community participation and awareness about sustainable festive practices.
